The President, Sean Adamson, has settled over 700 Bodily Injury files, attended approximately 300 meditations, 200 pre-trials and been the adjuster on over 15 trials. Bodily Injury claims need to be investigated immediately. Interviews with the insured, claimant, witnesses and scene investigations, etc. need to be completed as soon as possible.
